The doctor was exceptional - he put me at my ease, but also told me all I needed to know i.e. risks etc. so I had all the information I needed. He explained in plain English how the procedure had gone. He listened to my concerns and advised me, checked on me afterwards two or three times and generally was very friendly, approachable & inspired trust. The nursing team were also outstanding - friendly, efficient and professional. Every one if them.
